It is a popular attraction because of a reclining Buddha. Here is recorded one of UNSEEN IN THAILAND because of the way of reclining Buddha. You rarely seen in else where. Beside the wat, there is fish sanctuary in the Tha Chin River in front of the monastery.

Just a hundred kilometres away from Bangkok, Suphan Buri is an ancient town rich in natural and historical heritage. The province was once an important border town involving battles and important wars during the period of the Ayutthaya kingdom.
